Information on this site

The site describes our services in general terms. It is not an offer. Project scope, pricing, timelines and deliverables are agreed only in a signed proposal or contract. Case studies may be anonymised and may describe work delivered with or for partners. Figures describe specific past projects and do not guarantee future results.

Certification

We develop learning content and assessments. We do not issue certificates or qualifications; these are issued by our client institutions or certifying bodies.

Intellectual property

Text, design, films, images and code on this site belong to New Vishal Vision or its licensors and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission, except for fair dealing as permitted by law. We allow search engines and AI assistants to index and cite this site; we do not licence its content for model training. Some images on this site are illustrative stock or AI-generated pictures and do not show our own productions; where an image shows our work, we say so. Client names and marks belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe our work.

Ownership of project deliverables, including source code, is set out in each project contract. Unless the contract says otherwise, we assign the deliverables of a phase to the client in writing once that phase is paid for; this includes the scope document and prototype from a discovery phase.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to it, submit false or unlawful information, or send automated or bulk enquiries.

Liability

The site is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction.
