Most software asks your team to change how they work. New Vishal Vision does it the other way round: we learn your process first, then build the system that fits it.

Why teams choose us

Four promises we can actually keep.

  1. 01

We run software, not just write it.

REOS and BandhanLive are ours. We handle their support calls, payment edge cases and late-night fixes. Your project gets that judgement from day one.

  2. 02

You see it working before you commit.

The first phase is small and priced on its own: a clickable prototype of your real workflow. Your team uses it and tells us what’s wrong. Only then do we quote the full build, in fixed-price phases. Go ahead within 60 days and the prototype fee is credited against the build. Stop there and the scope and prototype are still yours.

  3. 03

The people you meet are the people who build.

Design, engineering, hosting and support sit with one small team. No hand-offs and no account manager relaying messages.

  4. 04

    It’s yours.

Once a phase is paid for, its source code, data and accounts are assigned to you in writing. If you ever want to take it in-house, we hand it over properly.

Built by us

We don’t only build for clients. We run our own.

Two products we designed, built and support every day. When something breaks at 9 pm on a wedding night, we are the ones fixing it, and that experience goes into every client project.

Inside REOS · built and run by us

See what “shaped around how you work” looks like.

REOS is our real estate operating system. We sat with sales teams, watched where leads slipped, and built the screen they open every morning. This is the same process we follow for your business.

REOS home screen listing urgent items: an unassigned lead, unit holds expiring within 24 hours and overdue bookings

It opens on what needs doing.

No menu to dig through. The sales head sees the unassigned lead, the hold expiring tonight and the payment to chase, each one a click away.

Inside BandhanLive · built and run by us

Software for the busiest night of a family’s year.

BandhanLive runs weddings and family events: hundreds of guests, one big screen and no second chance. So it has to feel calm and obvious to someone who has never seen it before. We bring that standard to the software we build for your customers.

BandhanLive live screen: a family celebration photo on the big screen with a note that a guest just shared a moment

The whole room joins in.

A guest takes a photo and moments later it is on the big screen. Every photo is checked before it appears.

Guided by experience

Every build gets a second pair of senior eyes.

Our software practice is mentored by Arun Kumar Menon, who brings long experience in technology platforms and go-to-market strategy. He reviews architecture and product decisions so you don’t pay for mistakes later.

Design is led by Sanidhya, our Head of Software Design, who shapes every screen around the people who will use it every day.

What we build

If your business runs on spreadsheets and phone calls, start here.

Internal tools & ERPs

Replace the spreadsheets and WhatsApp groups that are quietly running your operations.

Customer portals & apps

Web and mobile apps your customers log in to, book through and pay through.

Marketplaces & booking

Two-sided platforms with listings, enquiries, quotes, payments and reviews.

Dashboards & reports

The five numbers that matter, live, instead of a report someone compiles every Monday.

Learning platforms

A branded LMS with courses, live classes, assessments and progress tracking, when off-the-shelf doesn’t fit.

AI that does a job

Drafting replies, summarising calls, flagging overdue payments. A person reviews every output.

Process

How a project runs

You’ll see working software early and often. No six-month silence.

  1. Sit with your team

We watch how the work happens today, including the workarounds nobody mentions in meetings.

  2. Map and prototype

A short written scope and a clickable prototype you can put in front of real users. Priced on its own, credited against the build, and yours to keep either way.

  3. Build in releases

Working software every few weeks, not one big reveal at the end.

  4. Launch and look after it

Hosting, backups, monitoring and a person to call when something needs changing.

The team

Small team. Senior judgement.

FAQ

Questions, answered

How much does custom software cost?

The cost of custom software depends on what it needs to do, how many types of users it has and what it must connect to. New Vishal Vision quotes after a small, separately priced prototype phase, in fixed-price phases, so you always know the next cost before you commit to it. The prototype fee is credited against the build if you go ahead within 60 days, and the scope and prototype are yours to keep even if you don’t.

Should we build custom software or use an existing SaaS tool?

Use an existing tool if it does the job, and we will tell you so. Custom software makes sense when your process is what makes you different, when you pay for many tools that don’t talk to each other, or when your team spends hours on manual work around a tool.

Where is the data hosted?

Client software is hosted on reputable cloud infrastructure, including data centres in India where your data rules require it. We design for India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act from the start: consent, access controls and clear retention.

What have you built?

New Vishal Vision built and runs two products of its own: REOS, a real estate operating system for sales, inventory, bookings and collections, and BandhanLive, a platform for weddings and family events with live guest pages and a vendor marketplace.

Got a process that deserves better software?

Tell us how the work happens today. We’ll tell you honestly whether custom software is worth it.

  1. Within one working day a real person replies, usually Vishal.
  2. A short call to understand what you need.
  3. Something small first so you can judge the work before you commit.
