Last updated: 4 October 2026

This notice explains how New Vishal Vision (a sole proprietorship; “we”, “us”), 12/B Gopal Bhavan, Andheri Kurla Road, Telly Gully, Andheri (E), Mumbai 400069, India, processes personal data when you use newvishalvision.com or contact us. We are the Data Fiduciary under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (“DPDP Act”) and the controller under the EU/UK GDPR where it applies. Until the DPDP Act’s provisions commence in full, this notice also serves as our privacy policy under Rule 4 of the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011. We have not appointed an EU/UK representative because our processing of EU/UK personal data is occasional and low-risk (GDPR Art. 27(2)).

Who we share it with

Only service providers that process data on our instructions:

  • Railway — website hosting and enquiry database (servers in Singapore).
  • Cloudflare — content delivery, security and spam protection.
  • Google — Google Workspace (email and the sheet where enquiries are logged); Google Analytics and Google Ads only with your consent.
  • Microsoft — Clarity session analytics, only with your consent.

If you message us on WhatsApp, Meta’s WhatsApp privacy policy also applies to that conversation.

Some providers process data outside India. We transfer data only as permitted under section 16 of the DPDP Act and, for EU/UK visitors, under appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses (with the UK Addendum for UK visitors).

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months from the date of your enquiry, unless we need them longer for a contract or a legal obligation. The enquiry database deletes them automatically; the copies in our enquiry sheet and email are deleted on the same schedule. Our hosting and security providers keep basic server logs for a short period set by their own policies.

Your rights

You can ask to access a summary of your data, correct or update it, erase it, withdraw consent, and nominate another person to exercise your rights. EU/UK visitors also have the rights to restrict processing, to object and to data portability. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that took place before you withdrew it.

To exercise a right or raise a grievance, email vishal@newvishalvision.com with the subject “Data protection request”. We will respond within one month. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India through the channels it publishes, or, in the EU/UK, to your local supervisory authority.

Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), access-controlled systems, spam protection and the minimum data needed. If a personal data breach occurs, we will notify affected people and the Data Protection Board without delay, as the DPDP Act and its Rules require.

Grievance officer

Grievance Officer (IT Rules, 2011) and data protection contact: Vishal Kiran Sharma, vishal@newvishalvision.com, +91 98211 10042. We aim to resolve grievances within one month.

Changes

We will update this notice when our practices change and show the date above.
