# New Vishal Vision

> New Vishal Vision is a Mumbai studio with three practices: an advertising agency for brand films and campaigns, a custom software team that builds apps and platforms around how a business works, and hybrid learning programmes for universities, skilling missions and enterprises.

Three generations of the Sharma family work in the studio. Kiran K. Sharma, the founder's father, trained under the photographer Mitter Bedi and opened Studio Kiran in Andheri, Mumbai, in 1970 (Founder Mentor, Creative & Visual Storytelling). Vishal Kiran Sharma (Founder) began in fashion photography in 1999, moved into advertising filmmaking in 2001 and agency work in 2006, ran companies of his own from 2014 to 2025, and founded New Vishal Vision. Sanidhya Vishal Sharma, the founder's son, is Head of Software Design.

- [Custom software](https://newvishalvision.com/software): web and mobile software built around a client's process: internal tools and ERPs, customer portals and apps, marketplaces and booking, dashboards, learning platforms (LMS) and practical AI features. Projects start with a small, separately priced prototype phase, then fixed-price build phases. The prototype fee is credited against the build if the client goes ahead within 60 days; the scope document and prototype belong to the client once paid, whether or not they continue. All deliverables are assigned to the client in writing once a phase is paid for. New Vishal Vision built and runs two products of its own: REOS (real estate operating system: sales pipeline, inventory, bookings, collections, site visits) and BandhanLive (weddings and family events: live guest pages, shared media, vendor marketplace, GST-ready quotes and staged payments).

New Vishal Vision is a family-run Mumbai studio with three practices. Our advertising team makes brand films, ad creatives, social campaigns and photography. Our hybrid learning team produces course videos, vocational modules, assessments and offline kits for universities and skilling programmes.

### Who runs New Vishal Vision?
Its founder, Vishal Kiran Sharma, who leads every client relationship personally. Three generations of the family work in the studio: his father, Kiran K. Sharma, who opened Studio Kiran in Andheri in 1970 and mentors the creative and film work, and his son, Sanidhya Vishal Sharma, who leads software design.

### Who do you work with?
We work with universities and colleges, government skilling missions and the consulting firms that run them, training companies, and businesses in sectors such as real estate, hospitality, energy, technology and fashion.

### Do you build custom software, or sell a ready-made product?
We build custom software around each client’s process. We also built and run two products of our own, REOS and BandhanLive, which is where much of our engineering experience comes from.

### How do projects usually start?
Projects start with a short call, then something small you can judge: a script for a film, a small separately priced prototype for software, or a pilot module for a learning programme. Pricing for the full project is agreed after we understand the scope, and a software prototype fee is credited against the build if you go ahead within 60 days.

### Do you issue certificates?
No. New Vishal Vision creates the learning content and assessments that certification programmes use. Certificates are issued by the client institution or the certifying body.
